Alkesh “Al” Patel is the chairman, CEO, founder, and spiritual leader of
Evergreen Hospitality Development Group, LLC. Evergreen Hospitality is a
development group with a focus on building ground-up hospitality, Multifamily,
Senior and Residential housing development.

Before founding Evergreen Hospitality, Alkesh served as the 2012-2013
Chairman of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), the world’s
leading hotel owners association, with members owning more than 50% of hotels
and billions in property value in the USA. He also served as a board member of the
American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) Council of Inns & Suites, and
the Washington Lodging Association. While with AAHOA, Alkesh also lead a
delegation to India with leadership of hospitality companies and hotel owners to
invest and grow their portfolio internationally.

His extensive experience in the hotel industry has made him a sought after
speaker for conferences domestically and abroad. Alkesh has been invited to
speak at the Lodging Conference, the National Association of Black Hotel
Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD) Conference, Hotel Investment
Forum India (HiFi) Conference, Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Association
of India (FHRAI), and IACC. Alkesh’s leadership has also earned him recognition
and awards from FIA, FHRAI, NABHOOD, IACC, and AAHOA.

Evergreen Hospitality has a robust pipeline of development consisting of hotels,
Multifamily, executive offices, Senior housing, and micro homes communities.

construction projects with major branded hotels and upscale multifamily with
retail.
