AAHOA's Government Affairs team facilitates state capitol advocacy days across the country where AAHOA Members convene at their state capitals to meet with their representatives and senators to discuss crucial issues facing American hoteliers. In most states, AAHOA coordinates these visits with the state lodging association.

Small Delegation

Meetings

AAHOA organizes smaller, state or region-specific delegations of its members to meet with federal elected officials on Capitol Hill throughout the year. These intimate advocacy gatherings serve as a valuable platform for AAHOA Members to nurture ongoing relationships with their elected representatives.
