Follow the Simple Process

1. Fill Out the Form: Use the link below to register and kick-start the process.
   • Once you fill out the form, you will receive an email with CCS Retainer Agreement to sign, at the time you engage CCS, your claim will be processed on time with the Claims Administrator.
   • Please be sure to check your email and Sign the Docusign. This permits CSS to file on your behalf.
   • Submit an individual form per each taxpayer.
2. Collaboration: CCS will contact you to work together and access the required information from Visa/Mastercard files.

Claim forms began mailing on December 1, 2023, and all Claim forms must be submitted by November 30, 2024. No one is required to sign up with any third-party service in order to participate in any settlement. For additional information regarding the status of the litigation, interested persons may visit the Court-approved website for this case. Note: Please remember, sending a Claim Form to an entity doesn’t guarantee automatic success in any potential claim or authorization disputes. Also, as discussed in recent calls by Class Counsel, filing first for a client doesn't guarantee a win initially. Conflicts will be addressed as they come up during the Claim Period. If earlier details aren't sufficient, additional documentation might be needed to resolve conflicts. The CSS team will work the Claims Counsel to resolve conflicts in a timely manner and keep you informed during the process.
