On Thursday, January 11, a generous donation from AAHOA Lifetime Member Jay "Trini" Patel on behalf of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association was showcased in a presentation at the USO Center at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Presented by David Hodgkins, who has been a USO volunteer for 16 years, the donation was received with gratitude, and a photo capturing the moment features Mr. Hodgkins alongside Julie Milani, USO of North Carolina Center Manager, and Peter Amendola, USO of North Carolina Center Operations Supervisor. "Needless to say, they [USO] were very pleased to get the donation," Hodgkins said. "From a 16-year volunteer to the USO - sincere thanks to Jay and his organization for the donation!"

The USO of North Carolina expressed their sincere thanks to Jay Patel and AAHOA for this significant contribution and support of the military community.
