Congresswoman Julia Letlow Attends Back-of-the-House Tour Hosted by AAHOA Gulf Regional Director Vimal Patel

In early March, Congresswoman Julia Letlow (R-LA) attended an AAHOA Back-of-the-House tour hosted by AAHOA Gulf Regional Director Vimal Patel.

The Back-of-the-House tour occurred at a Marriott property in West Monroe, LA, owned by AAHOA Members Kevin Patel and John Patel.

Congresswoman Letlow got an up-close and personal experience by immersing herself in the hotel's daily operations. As she folded towels with hardworking staff members, she gained a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run a hotel efficiently.

These tours are a cornerstone of AAHOA's advocacy efforts, allowing policymakers like Congresswoman Letlow to gain firsthand insight into the setbacks and triumphs faced by hoteliers and their staff.
