Hospitality Women's Innovation Council Reveals Tech Survey Findings

What Happened: The Hospitality Women's Innovation Council, comprising of hotel brand executives and innovators, including former AAHOA Women Hoteliers Director Eastern Division Lina Patel (2017-2023), found that only 20% of hotel professionals believe current technology stacks sufficiently support efficiency and guest care.


Key Findings:

  • Insufficient Tech Stacks: Only 20% of hotel professionals believe current tech stacks (PMS, CRS, RMS, housekeeping, maintenance) are sufficient for efficiency and guest care.

  • Need for Collaboration: 91% of respondents want better collaboration among technology companies for improved integrations.

  • Integration Importance: 86% say better integration processes would encourage more tech investments.
