On Wednesday, March 20, AAHOA's HerOwnership and HYPE Networking Reception at STATS Brewpub was an evening filled with meaningful connections and opportunities.

• Furthermore, AAHOA President & CEO Laura Lee Blake and AAHOA Chairman Bharat Patel participated in engaging and insightful panels during the Hunter Conference.
  • Laura Lee Blake participated in a discussion-based panel on the first day called “The Table,” a collection of some of the hospitality and travel industry’s brightest minds, including AAHOA’s Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer Heather Carnes. This was an incredibly insightful and informative panel with over 30 men and women from diverse backgrounds sharing their unique perspectives.
  • Bharat Patel participated in a panel on Day 2, March 20, titled “Workforce Wisdom: Expert Perspectives on Labor Challenges,” where industry experts dissected labor-related challenges, from attracting and retaining top talent to motivating workforce efficiency.
