Today, Wednesday, August 16th, AAHOA hosted a webinar in conjunction with ERC Provider. The webinar, titled, "How to Qualify and Secure the Employee Retention Credit," featured guest speaker Sunshine Chapman, President of ERC Provider, and took place from 2-2:45 p.m. EDT.

• How to measure a significant decline in quarterly revenues for 2020 and 2021

• Seven ways to qualify under the full and partial government shutdown provisions

• How to claim the ERC

ERC Provider President Sunshine Chapman reviewed recent updates to the ERC and discussed how employers can qualify for the Employee Retention Credit. Along with their partners, ERC has processed over $9 billion in ERC credits.
