To be eligible to vote on April 9, 2026, a member must have become a Lifetime Member on or before December 31, 2025, OR have paid their annual membership dues in two of the last three calendar years AND renewed their annual membership for 2026 on or before March 26, 2026, to be a paid member at the time of election.

This is important because this information will be the same as we use during the credentialing process to verify your identity. If your information in MyAAHOA doesn’t match what you use for the Voatz app, you will experience delays in the credentialing process.
The 2026 AAHOA Elections process is completely online! To participate in the voting process, you’ll need to ensure you’re eligible to vote and have a valid and unique email address and mobile phone number on file in MyAAHOA.com (which means no sharing of email addresses or mobile numbers within households, including spouses or businesses), and have access to a smartphone where you can download the voting app, Voatz.
Available for both iPhone and Android, you can now download the Voatz app to your smartphone so you're ready for the credentialing process, which will begin on February 1 and close on April 9.
Note: For those who have previously used Voatz, please use the same account info and don’t try to create multiple Voatz accounts.
Before the elections, review the candidates and positions , and be available to cast your vote via your smartphone on Thursday, April 9, between 11 a.m and 5 p.m. EDT via their smartphones using the Voatz App.

No. Only one ballot can be cast per smart device, meaning that you cannot share devices to cast your ballot in the 2026 AAHOA Elections.
No. All eligible voters must use their own smart device to cast their ballot, whether attending AAHOACON26 in Philadephia or casting their ballot from a different location. AAHOA will NOT be providing devices on-site.
Election results will be announced live from Philadelphia on Friday, April 10, between 1-1:30 P.M. EDT via AAHOA social media channels.
