AAHOA's North Texas Region Charity Golf Tournament Raises $60,000 for Area Charities

DALLAS, TX, OCTOBER 18, 2024—The North Texas Region hosted AAHOA's (Asian American Hotel Owners Association) second Charity Golf Tournament of 2024, which raised some $60,000 to benefit five state and national charities, including the AAHOA Charitable Foundation, Businesses Ending Slavery & Trafficking (BEST), SLPS Aastha Charities, Nanu Foundation, and Nora's Home. The event was held on October 14 at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX.

More than 100 players and some 15 sponsors attended the tournament. AAHOA's final Charity Golf Tournament of 2024 takes place in Daytona Beach, FL, on November 6. 

Through the generosity of its vendor partners, members, and sponsors participating in the Charity Golf Tournaments, AAHOA has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charities that touch lives and make the world a better place.

"As hoteliers, giving back to our communities is always a top priority," said AAHOA Chairman Miraj S. Patel. "It was inspiring to see our members and industry partners in Dallas come together once again for causes that will have a lasting positive impact. I am grateful to North Texas Regional Director Dhiren Masters and the North Texas Ambassadors who worked tirelessly to make this event successful."

The event coincided with the North Texas Region Hotel Owners Conference & Trade Show.
